The workshops are split into three different levels. Please pick the level that describes you best when registering.
Getting Comfy
You are starting to feel comfortable on the social dance floor. You’ve been taking regular classes for at least half a year. You are familiar with fundamentals like the Lindy circle, swingout, and know the Charleston basics. This may be your first Lindy Hop festival.
On the move
After Lindy hopping for more than 1-2 years, dancing is starting to become a bigger part of your life. You are found on the social dance floor regularly and have likely been to one or more Lindy Hop festivals. Both slow and medium tempos feel comfortable. You know a fare share of figures and you are exploring connection, styling, musicality and rhythm variations. The swingout is no problem for you.
Rocking it
You are starting to develop your own individual style and are experimenting with new rythms. You have been dancing about four or more years now, so slow and fast tempos are no problem for you. Improvisation and throwing in some solo jazz steps comes naturally. No social goes unattended and you have been to many workshops and international Lindy hop festivals.
